Daily RV Spot Rental
(10am to 10am)

$15 per day. Payable in advance.

Month-to-Month RV Spot Rental

$65 per month. Due and payable on or before the first day of each calendar month. A discount of $80 will be allowed for month-to-month rental paid twelve (12) months in advance. ($700 after discount).

Menagerie Campground Rental Agreement

Renter grants permission to landlord to remove RV from the park at renter's expense in the event of renter's failure to pay rental fee in a timely manner.

Loss, theft, property destruction, vandalism: Landlord resides on-site and will generally be aware of activity in the park, however the landlord will not restrict nor monitor access to the park. Renters should take all necessary precautions to secure, protect and insure their own property from loss, theft, and vandalism. Likewise, destruction or damage to the renter's property by whatever means, including acts of God, shall be the responsibility of the renter. Renter shall hold the park and the landlord harmless with regard to intentional or accidental damage or loss of the renter's property. Renter shall hold the park and the landlord harmless with regard to damage to or loss of the property of other occupants of the park caused by the renter.

Personal Injury: The landlord and the park will make all reasonable efforts to make Menagerie Campground a safe and comfortable campground for the occupants of the campground and their guests. Neither the landlord nor the park will be responsible for personal injury to occupants or guests, which are the result of circumstances that are beyond the reasonable control and foresight of the park management.
